Multiple simple cysts with central lesion difficult to characterize in B-Mode
 
Pathology results :
Cyst aspiration confirmed diagnosis of simple cyst
 
Elasticity of lesion :
Shear waves do not propagate in liquid. This cyst appears in the elastography map without an elastography signal.
